coordination with cargo owners and stevedores of the place and conditions of ship loading/discharging;
organization of acceptance and delivery of cargo;
control over the progress of cargo operations and settlement of claims on transportation with cargo owners and port authorities, including representation in judicial and arbitration bodies;
production and design of freight, customs etc. documents;
organization of repair of the vessel and its supply with fuel, water, materials, inventory and food;
repatriation of crew members anywhere in the world
comprehensive medical care for the crew;
providing shipowners and ship masters with necessary information on port customs, level of charges and conditions of their collection, availability and condition of cargo, receipt of claims and measures taken to resolve problems;
performance of separate orders of the ship owner and the captain connected with stay of the vessel in port.
